Echte hollandse glorie, deze Volvo 66 1.3 GL. Het model is beter bekend als de DAF 66, maar eigenlijk is het een verbeterde versie, geproduceerd door Volvo in de Nederlandse fabriek in Born. Het ontwerp is afkomstig van de Italiaanse designer Michelotti. Deze Volvo 66 GL uitvoering is een iets luxere uitvoering, voorzien van onder andere verstralers, luxere bekleding, en rijkere uitrusting. En niet te vergeten de motor. De 1.3 benzine motor levert 55 pk en is daarmee een bijzonder comfortabele en soepele rijdersauto.
De auto verkeert in goede staat. Het interieur is nog helemaal origineel en is op een paar kleine gebruikersplekjes na, in hele goede staat. De carrosserie is ook in goede conditie, hooguit het linker voorscherm verdient aandacht. Voor iemand die een leuke en betaalbare klassieker zoekt, is deze Volvo 66 (in schaarse GL uitvoering!) een leuke auto!
